Reading about Forrest Gump

 At the beginning of the chapter Forrest apparently says he doesn't know how it happened, but he was making out with another girl and Jenny just arrived and saw them. She seemed disappointed as she said they were all the same, so apparently her ex-boyfriend was unfaithful and that's why she was crying in the previous chapter, she took a flight to Whashintong and Forrest followed her, Forrest found Jenny's address and spent more than a day waiting outside her house. Apparently Gump's medal was something famous for jenny's friends and it is not known why. They talked about nasa and that some idiots wanted to send it I found it interesting and different although I still can't understand it perfectly, now suddenly they want to send her to NASA? I guess in the next chapter my doubts will be answered.

 Gump was now free from the army and decided to buy a ticket home, on the way he thought about the letter he had written to Jenny and she had not answered. He found out that she had a new band and they were playing at another club, so he decided to take a cab to see her.  The band started to play and he didn't see Jenny, so he missed her, a moment later Jenny came in and started to play with the band, Forrest noticed she was a little different, referring to the way she was dressed. Jenny heard someone playing a harmonica, looked over and saw Gump, so she ran to hug him. She and Forrest started talking and Jenny told him about her life and why she was there, Jenny introduced him to her boyfriend, the next morning Jenny was sad and Gump tried to see what was going on, apparently she broke up with her boyfriend, at that moment Gump and Jenny kissed. This was definitely the chapter I liked the most, the story is interesting and how Jenny and Forrest reunite after so long, but...

 Forrest spent 2 months in the hospital, after five weeks his leg felt much better. After some time a person came and told him that he was going to meet the president of the United States of America, He wanted to give her a medal for being very brave. Arrived in Washington with the Colonel, arrived at the hotel and went downstairs for a drink. The next morning they went to the white house, when they arrived they could see a large and beautiful garden, the army was there with the president, they read something and gave the medal to Gump, then they invited him to breakfast. After breakfast, they went out into the garden to continue their conversation, and out of nowhere they had their pictures taken for the newspaper. I found this chapter interesting, I liked the recognition of Gump but nobody talked about those soldiers of the army that fell... Well it was a good chapter and I really like the story.

 They are in a war apparently in a place where there are valleys and hills, they managed to find a place to spend the night there. grenades, guns, helicopters were used in the war. Weeks later Forrest received a letter from his mother and he wrote back and sent one to Jenny. Sadly, Bubba died, In the middle of it all, Gump was shot in the legs from behind. He doesn't remember much of what happened, he just thought about Bubba and wanted to die with him. Helicopters appeared to take them back, and an hour later Gump was in the hospital. In my opinion, this was one of the most tragic chapters of moments, it shows the cruel reality of wars and those feelings that many times we do not imagine, such as losing a friend who fought for a country.

 Forrest starts his new life in Georgia. While he was there his colleagues (I guess) put him to cook, Forrest served dinner when they were already pushing him because they were hungry.  Forrest told a little about his experience in the Vietnam War. When Forrest was in early vietnam, he says that the showers were a strange place to be, as he was frightened by his own comrades. In the middle of the war when there was shooting Forrest ran into Bubba, his old harmonica friend.  Wow, in this episode it cost me more to understand it, there were many new words for me, as far as the story is concerned it's an interesting chapter, a different part of Gump's life but it's peculiar how he doesn't show so much indifference with that subject.

On the friday night, Forrest went to srudents' centre, and see a Jenny, she was there with long dress and singing. Forrest began playing harmonica, and Jenny hear played to, and she began singing with the melody of the harmonica. At the end of the night she told forrest that if he wanted to play with her band every Friday night, and they paid him, Forrest got a job! Another very important thing that happened was that they played a pretty significant game, although it was not the result they expected, there were good things or at least for Forrest.  When Forrest leaves college, he never hears from Jenny's band again, and when he arrives at his mother's house she tells him that he will have to go to the army. In my opinion it is interesting how Forrest has progressed in his journey through college and now that he has finished it and started a new stage, difficult more than anything else since it seems he is going to the army. It leaves me intrigued as to what is going to happ...

 When he arrived at the university, Forest began to practice football, but he was being pushed too hard and his classmates began to bother him because of his place of residence. Forrest had his first football game, his mother listened to the game on the radio, she was very happy, they won the game! After the game the team went to a party and Forrest was not invited, but when he went to his room he met and got to know a new boy who was excited to see Forrest. I thought it was kind of sad, as the change of environment can affect quite a bit and more so when things like being pushed away and such happen. It leaves me intrigued to know if things for Forrest would get better or the other way around.

Chapter One: The daddy's Forrest die just after the him born. A forrest don't like much bananas, but he like the banana cake. The girls ran away from he, but there is a girl who not ran away from he, she is Jenny Curran. Forrest is a most bigger and heavier than all others boys in the school. A strange guy and Forrest's mom pulled him out of school and took him to a new one. Forrest begin play the football. He started getting hassled in the cafeteria, but on the bright side, he ran into Jenny again.    Forrest had the firt game. Forrest and Jenny had the went to cinema together.  Something disastrous happened and they were taken to the police station. Forrest went the University.                        My point of view is that it was quite fun in the end,  at the beginning i was something confuse,  but as the chapter progresses I'm understanding and making sense of it.
